Dealer Participation

  • Dealers must apply personally as the representative.
    Please ensure that the application address and billing address match.

Flow of Participation

  • All dealers who apply will receive an email with a link to purchase the dealer participation fee.　
    Please note that payment is not required at the time of application. We will send payment details after the application deadline, starting in April.
  • Once your participation is confirmed, please complete the payment as soon as possible.
    If you request two tables, please be aware that you may be assigned only one table depending on availability.
  • If the number of applications exceeds capacity, a lottery will be held.
    In this case, only selected dealers will be eligible to make the payment.

Logo Specifications


50mm × 50mm / 300dpi
EPS format recommended (Illustrator / Photoshop)
PSD, AI, and JPG formats are also accepted
Maximum upload file size: 5MB

  • Logos will be printed in grayscale in the pamphlet
  • Please rasterize and outline all elements, and merge all layers
  • The dealer name and promotional text will be printed alongside the logo in the pamphlet, so including the dealer name within the logo itself is not required

Important Notes for Dealer Participation

  • Dealers are prohibited from lining up at other dealers’ booths during the event. If discovered, you will be removed from the venue immediately and your participation will be revoked.
  • Sales priority within the venue is always given to general visitors. These rules must be strictly observed under all circumstances.
  • The transfer or handoff of dealer passes worn around the neck to another person is strictly prohibited.
  • Until the venue opens on the event day, dealers must remain seated at their own booths. (This is to prevent improper queuing and dealer dashing.)
  • Mandarake Co., Ltd. assumes no legal responsibility for exhibited works or any legal matters related to individual exhibitors.
  • For licensed works, please confirm and obtain permission from the rights holder in advance. Mandarake Co., Ltd. will not contact rights holders on your behalf.
  • Mandarake Co., Ltd. assumes no responsibility for theft, shoplifting, sales disputes, accidents, injuries, loss, or any other trouble.
  • No refunds will be issued if the event cannot be held due to circumstances such as natural disasters or transportation disruptions.
  • Fees already paid cannot be refunded, even in the event of cancellation.
  • Booth locations cannot be specified. While we will make reasonable accommodations, please note any requests in the remarks section in advance.
  • Dealers wishing to apply for two or more tables must specify the total number of desired tables in the remarks section.
  • The use of fire or hazardous materials is prohibited. Electrical power usage is not permitted.
