• Mandarake Inc takes no legal responsibility for exhibitors, dealers nor their items.
• Mandarake Inc is not responsible for sales or any troubles that may occur such as (but not limited to) cases of theft, robbery, accident, injury, item damage, loss etc.
• Refunds will not be given should the event be canceled (including cancellation due to natural disasters and transportation strikes etc).
• Once a fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded in the event of a dealer cancellation.
• Booth positions cannot be reserved (we will take preferences into consideration, so please leave any preferences in the comment section when applying).
• Dealers who would like two or more tables, please let us know how many you would like in the comment section when applying.
• Flammable or dangerous items may not be used. Power sockets may also not be used.
• Regarding copyrighted works, it is the responsibility of the dealer to obtain permission from the copyright holder before the event. Please note that we will not be able to get permission from copyright holders on your behalf.

5,000 yen + tax 1/2 table (900mm x 600mm)

• Please note that consignment sales are only available to residents of Japan.
• The shipping costs for items to be exhibited, along with the return shipping will be paid by the dealer.
• Money earned from sales will be paid by direct bank transfer, minus the handling fee.
• Please be aware that items collectively larger than half a table (900mm x 600mm) are not allowed.
• Please note that items made from materials other than soft vinyl, custom items made with a resin cast, or items that can become damaged are not allowed.
