Lottery Period

Important Notes
- Each person may enter the lottery only once per account.
- Multiple entries from the same account or the same address will all be considered invalid.
- Entries from private (non-public) accounts will not be accepted. (Mandatory requirement)
- You may apply for all three products at once. However, only one entry per person is allowed.
- If you apply for multiple items, please note that you may not win all items; partial wins are possible.
- If you wish to pick up your item in person at the 6th Anniversary event on March 22, please indicate “In-store Pickup on the Day” when applying.
- For JADOGA only, shipping may be required in some cases. If shipping becomes necessary, additional shipping fees will be charged.
- Any changes will be announced accordingly.

Mandarake CoCoo 6th Anniversary Event
Regarding the Preview Display
Event sale items are currently on display in the showcase outside the CoCoo store.
In-store, each customer may inspect up to three items.
Prices will be announced on the day of the sale.
Please note that we do not respond to inquiries about event sale items by phone or email.
As some items are vintage, please personally check their condition and make your purchase only after you are satisfied.
Sales Method
Please gather at the Mandarake CoCoo store entrance by 11:30 AM.
Numbered tickets will be distributed (assigned at random).
After distribution is complete, customers will line up in numerical order. Re-alignment is scheduled for 11:45 AM.
Customers arriving after ticket distribution has ended will be directed to the end of the line.
Heavy congestion is expected on the day of the event. Please follow staff instructions and be mindful not to inconvenience neighboring stores.
One ticket will be issued per person.
Transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.
Tickets will not be distributed to individuals under 15 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
Sales Begin at 12:00 PM
Purchases are limited to one item per person.
Numbered tickets will be distributed by lottery, so arriving early does not guarantee that you will be the first to purchase an item. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy your shopping experience.
Please note that mail orders and item holds will not be available on the day of the event.
The schedule may be subject to slight changes depending on conditions on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding.
A selection of event items is scheduled to be listed on the web online page starting Monday, March 22 at 9:00 PM.
